Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Shop in GBP, USD or EUR — pricing updates across the store.

Dispatch & Tracking

Every order receives a confirmation email, followed by tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. Express options are available at checkout for most regions.

30-Day Returns

Unworn items with labels attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspected. Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order.

Swimwear Returns & Wet Bag Note

Swimwear returns require the hygiene liner to be intact. After swimming, store damp swimwear in the sealed wet compartment of your Signature Duffle — never sealed in plastic for extended periods — and dry flat out of direct sunlight.
